Displaying in another frame

in the properties pallet, below 'link', is the 'target' selection. you have to nominate which frame you want your button to link to, if you don't it will load into the frame that contains the button.
if you havent renamed your frames you will have the option of leftframe and mainframe (along with _parent, _blank etc.), choose mainframe and hopefully all will be well.
_blank will open a new browser window.
