Displaying Images in Email 1

Hello,

Using Perl to send emails, how do you display images?

I tried sending the html image code with the image URL but it doesn't display the image in the email, just the text:

If you want the image to be displayed, you have a couple of options:

1. Compose the message with a HTML part. The message will then be displayed if the user has his client set to render HTML and also to display remote images (which is often disabled by default, for good security reasons).

2. Attach the image to the plain-text e-mail; many clients will display the image with the text.
