Hi,

I have two tables [Sales 2001 & Sales 2002 which have identical fields] and would like to run a query where all the data is combined \ appended into the same fields within the query but I don't want to merge the two tables together. Is there a way around it?

Check out "Access - collating several tables into one" (thread 68-357459) in the Microsoft Office forum.

I have posted some info there that should answer your question
