Displaying collected digits on an agents display

Hi,

I want to display the collected digits on an agents phone but I'm struggling to do this. the phone is a 9650 but for the life of me I can't get it to work, the best solution I've found is adding a button for callr-info but do feel the info being displayed automatically is a better option but I can't get it to work. I've looked at transferring to a variable and go from there but I'm having a brain freeze and nothing I'm doing is getting me the result I want.

Any suggestions or help much appreciated!
