Displaying an XGL .EXE file in WEB page???

Someone gave me a XGL file whic runs on th ePC and you can manipulate the object in 3D
When I try to do it on my WEB page it either says it cannot find xxxx.exe as a webpage or it does nothing if I drag it to a web page.

Any Ideas
