On my Windows 2003 standard server, I noticed I was running out of disk space on my D: drive. When I right click on the drive and choose properties, it shows 110GB used. When I view the drive in My Computer is shows 124GB for total size and 14.1 GB free which matches the 110GB used.

When I looked at each folder properities, it doesn't add up to the 110GB used. I only have 50GB used.

I ran Treesize on the drive and it only shows 50GB used.

Why is Windows calculating this incorrect number and how can I fix it?
