As the maestro PDQBach has stated, there is no way to create a subtitle (interpreted as a subtask in Project) without some sort of date. This is because MS Project is a scheduling tool.
There may be some shareware/freeware products which will allow you to do what you want, but I can't help you in that area. Perhaps even Excel.
Creating a text field and displaying it to the right of the task description is probably your best option. MS Project will not allow that text field to be displayed below its associated task, however. To create a new field, right click on the task (or duration or start date) column heading and choose insert column. Pick any of Text1 to Text30 as the Field name.
