Does anyone know how to cause a print job to display on a workstation using the OVRPRTF command?

You don't need to use OVRPRTF; you use DSPSPLF:

DSPSPLF FILE(QPRINT) SPLNBR(*LAST)

Substitute your printer file name for QPRINT.

De mortuis nihil nisi bonum.
