Display settings, Font sizes

When I alter the appearnce on the display (right click on Desktop).
My app.'s form alter in width and height.
No change is made to Screen.TwipsperPixelX / Y.

What is effecting the forms?
 
What are you altering? Remember, window dressings like title bars and border width count in the fiorm size.

it may be the aspect ratio of the pixels; not all screen resolutions have the same ratio, which can result in things looking squashed or stretched.
