I installed XP on my computer and the operating system is performing well except for a problem with my display on the monitor. It says that the display is set too low, but when I go to "Display Properties" and go to move the tab on Screen Resolution , it doesnt move. The screen also doesnt present the colors like they should be shown. Any suggestions ? Thanks

Installing the correct drivers for the GFX-Card might do the trick...

If it works don't fix it! If it doesn't use a sledgehammer...

Looks like XP has not detected the video hardware correctly and is running in VGA mode only. Try updating the video drivers, or failing that, uninstall them and re-boot. Hopefully XP will detect and install the correct drivers when re-booted.
