Display PC name 2

Is there an easy way I can ask users to get there PC name? I know about the right click on my computer ..... but I would ideally like someone where the user can click on a link from a mail and it will pop up a message.

Any ideas?

Put the script on a shared folder on a server to which everybody can access, then create a link to the following script on there:
