Display ODBC Adminstrator With Excel VBA

I used to use XLODBC's SQLOpen to cause the ODBC Adminstrator window to open. Everything I read tells me to use ADO.

I need VBA code that opens the ODBC Adminstrator so I can build the Connect String.
