We have installed a spare G3si at a temporary location. There are no CO trunks and all external calls are routed across DCS+ to G3r then out to public network. When an external call is placed from the G3si the display does not change during the length of the call. The user sees only the number that they dialed.

This is the only DCS+ connection we have so I cannot determine what change(s) I need to make for the display to update to the trunk group as the call progresses.

Any idea what I need to check to get this corrected?

There is an option on the first page of the trunk group that you can set for outgoing trunk display. Set it to Y and you should see the trunk that it's using rather than the dialed number.
Are the switches talking to each other OK?

Thanks. I somehow missed that field only that trunk group. We'll test it later today.

The switches are talking fine and they can make/received internal/external calls with no problem. Just the display would not update.
