Display link in full window???

Something has changed so that when I open Internet explorer it opens full screen but when I click on a linking page it opens in a 1 inch square screen. I have to click the "maximize" button to get it to full screen. I have looked and connot find where to change all links to open in a full screen.

Can anyone help?

Resize the small window by dragging it from each corner to be the size you want. Close it and open the link again and hopefully it will open in the size you just created.
