DISPLAY INFORMATION

I am running an option 11 C on Succession 4. I'm using both 2616 and 3904 sets. Both have TDD enables in CLS.

When an incoming call rings in, the display will ONLY show the number, not the caller Name. When I access the line, it still only shows the number. If I place that call on hold and come back to it, it will then show the Name and Number. Additionally, if the call rings in as new, and I hit the RLS key before picking up the line, then the name will display on the initial pick up. Any idea how I get the Name and Number to appear automatically as it is ringing in as a fresh call?

if they are not setup as agents try ADD in ths CLS

Thank You ADD doesn't show anything on the screen until you answer the call.

i assume you have DDI, why not name them in LD95

the problem is not the names in my system.. it is the Caller ID Name that comes in from the phone company.

How is the Dchannel setup? Is NDS and COLP in the RCAP? this is for NI2 signaling.
