I have a customer with a Ip Office 500, 4.2, embedded voicemail. fractional T1/PRI 10 inbound trunks, 40 DID's, 5410's 5420's, not using phone manager.

They have three companies on the ip office. They want to display company that is being called on the phones so that they can answer the phone appropriately.

I have searched and searched but can not find the answer. Can someone please direct me to a helpful thread or provide me with a clue as to how do do this on the

Route the call to a huntgroup named as the Company with the users you need to answer the call in, when that group is called it will display on the handset :)

Are you sure this will work with embedded voice mail???

Yes, I assume you use embedded to route the calls to people through a Menu of some sort? If you point option 1 to a group called "Sales" when someone rings in it will display Sales on the handset...does for me anyway :)
