Hey all,

I have a simple form/subform. The form is not bound to anything and the subform is bound to a query. I have a combo box on the form that when a person is selected, it filters the subform/query with that persons data.

Occaisionally, a person has no data but I would still like it to display the fields. Right now it shows as blank for my subform.

Any hints? Is this a simple fix?

Any help is appreciated!

Chris

The subform will display even if you have no info in it; you have altered the form some way to make it not visible.

I know because I've done it myself.

Check the visible property on the subform.
