I have a bit of an issue, I have a Mics 7.0 with 18 POTS lines that "ring only" to 5 sets and when the phones ring we can't tell if the call is external or internal, I think it used to work at one point but after so many programming changes ovet time I can't find the correct field to turn off or on.
the sisplay would show line 1 when the phone rang or the extension. but now the phone rings and all you see is the intercom key light up but the display will only show the date until after you answer the call.if you could point me in teh right direction i would greatly appreciated it.
I have the sets programmed as follows. unter terminals and sets, extension, telco features line 1 caller id YES, called id:show number, caller id set YES.
