Display Caller ID on Single Line Display

3300 release 7 CX11.
There was a new COS option in release 6.
Display Caller ID On Single Line Displays For Forwarded Calls.
If I understand this I should be able to see the CLI of an incoming Trunk call on a forwarded call on to a 5312 single line display phone.

I can't get it working, it still shows forward from number.
I have changed the COS on the phones and trunks, any ideas please or I am miss understanding the feature.

I had the same problem at first, but it's worked now for 2 years, so I'm not exactly sure any more what did it in the end! Shout if it still doesn't work...
