Well this might be a stupid question. I am running the Windows XP Pro and I get the list of the users to logon to when the system turns on. I know that if you download the powertoys from microsoft site you can enable the administrator account in the users list. So the main question is how do you enable the administrator account without the powertoys. Thanks

Try this...

copy following lines into a text file and save as admin.reg , then you can double click on it and import it into the registry... start below...

*******************START COPY*******************************

Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon\SpecialAccounts\UserList]
"Administrator"=dword:00000001

*******************END COPY******************************* debonairOne
