Display AD fields

I would appreciate your sample script:

I need to run a script on my exchange server to know:

1. SMTP mailroot PATH
2. Message tracking log PATH
3. Exchange server DBs and Logs PATH


I have pulled up the AD fields, that are related to above, except for 3rd one. Anyway how can I display the following AD fields:

Messaging tracks:
msExchDataPath

SMTP MailROOT directories:
msExchSmtpBadMailDirectory
msExchSmtpPickupDirectory
msExchSmtpQueueDirect
