Dispatcher process error!

My database run in MTS mode and is a large OLTP .
My runnig environment:
system : aix (4.3.3)
oracle :8.0.5
But in peak point ,the dispatcher server processes dump.
The below is content of the dump file :

error 18 creating virtual circuit .
********2000.10.10.15.21.44.000**********
error 18 creating virtual circuit .
........
........all as the same....
