Disk status unreachable!

Hi, guys

I recently just configure an Windows 2000 advanced server on IBM server with two hdd. I faced an problem when i upgrade the two HDD to Dynamic Disk, the disk 0 status becoming "Unreachable". So, I'm not able to continue to configure "Mirroring Volume"

I have try to do scan disks, repair, reinstall services pack. but look like useless!

Pls advice!
