I'm looking for imaging software that is compatible with NTFS, for enterprise use, must be able to restore by booting from app cd or similar, and preferably inexpensive. Operating systems are win2k server and win xp pro with 128 – 256mb of ram. I’d like to hear your suggestions. Not sure if win2k server can be imaged, but if I can get something for the xp boxes that would be very helpful. Thanks

Glenn

Symantec Ghost 7.5 Corporate Edition will do the trick. You can multicast with this version cutting down a lot of time spent setting up PC's. You can also store image files on a network share and create network boot disks(floppy/CD-Rom) via the built in boot disk creator. Then it's a case of booting up on said disk and restoring the image from the share.

SyQuest Drive Image 3.0 is another excellent program that will cater for all your needs.
