Disk Defragmenter has detected that chkdsk is scheduled to run

I have a system that displays this message "Disk Defragmenter has detected that chkdsk is scheduled to run. Run chkdsk /f", everytime I try to run defrag. I have rebooted the computer and run chkdsk /f, but this message still comes up.

Does anyone know where defrag is getting this information, a how I can reset it?

Is there some errors in your event log from source 'disk'? Something like 'The file system structure on the disk is corrupt and unusable. Please run the chkdsk utility on the volume C:'
