disk and n/w i/o help

Hi

I need to know whats the network I/O and disk I/O of my winnt/2k box .. how do i chk that.. to chk cpu and mem i can click on taskmanager and find out cpu and memory usage but how to finmd out disk i/o and network i/o statistics in % that is 80%, 85% etc... i don't want to use mrtg, rrdtools stuffs.. is there a way to do this?
