Just adding this to save a little time for someone looking in the future - the list of forums and their respective platforms are numerous.

The two sites that use dot NET Framework 2.0 include and seem to be current and up and coming:
InstantASP.NET
ASPPlayground

Both are nice in appearence, ASPPlayground having a photogallery as well. Both have the feel of the traditional php format. InstantASP is a tad bit more conservative. Just a footnote in case anyone is looking at forum formats.
