Hi again folks. My company wants to discontinue using the auto attendant and simply use the receptionist for day and night service for night. DO I just reroute a CLID to accomplish this?

In Call Pilot the Service Directory Number (SDN) will have to be deleted. This should also refer to the same number in the PBX, typically an ACD or CDN. If you then Night Call Forward this number to the receptionists extension, inbound calls should then go to that phone. If this does go in to voice mail after hours/lunch/busy times, the voice mail box will need to have this ACD/CDN extension listed in it, for the voice mail to pick up the call.
