Disconnection

I have a Rockwell (I"m afraid) modem, I use dial-up, after about 20 minutes, for no apparent reason, I get disconnected. Is there a string available? or something to cure this ? It is a Rockwell HCF 56K Data Fax, Speakerphne

In the extra settings box of Advanced Modem properties, put S10=50 Cheers,
