Disconnecting Calls

Embedded VM on r8, incoming calls are answered by AA and if caller does not make a choice they are disconnected. Is there a way to route these calls to a destination based on the caller not making a choice?

Incoming call route fallback extension is the place to add your no choice destination

Looking a step back, Maximum Inactivity is the feature that is sending it to disconnect.
AA Maximum Inactivity: Default = 8 seconds; Range = 1 to 20 seconds. Release 3.0+.
You may wish to push this out as well as Intrigant's comment above.
