Hi All,
I have a basic problem but cannot find the answer. I have a user who conferences other parties on a regular basis, the problem is however, when he hangs up the 2 external party lines stay open for at least 3 minutes. Disconnet supervison is turned on the trunk for both in and out as well as automatic disconnect when conference is terminated.
The PTT advise they send disconnect order of 800ms so am I missing something else? thanks for the help
