Disaster Recovery

I know this is probably a redundant question that you have seen before but in a couple weeks we will be performing a disaster recovery on our Exchange server. Can you recommend some good checklist type articles on the preocess to do this. We have an win2K server with Ex2000 on a Dell server. The server also acts as a DC. I believe the DR site also uses Dell servers but i will find this out next week. I'm not sure if i just reinstall the O/S and Exchange with the same configuration and domain that i currently have then just restore the Exchange info from backup. My goal is to restore the Server and be able to retrieve email.
