Hello, I want to ask, if anyone here could give me a guide how to completely disaster recover a Windows 2000 Workstation from a Legato Backup.
I tried the folowing:
1) Build a Recovery CD with BART_PE including Networker Client
2) Partioned, and ntfs formated a new drive
3) Recovered the files with PART_PE and Networker Client to C:\
4) In a Windows2000 recovery Console give fixboot, and fixmbr
5) Recovered the c:\ saveset
6) + Recovered the SYSTEMDB:
7) + Recovered the SYSTEM FILES:
8) + Recovered the SYSTEM STATE:
But the Windows 2000 System tells me after trying the reboot, that NTDLR is missing.
Has someone ever complety recovered a Windows 2000 System, who could give me a guide.
All suggestions would help !!!
best regards from sdohn !
