We've made a simple Access 2000 help desk database on a shared drive: user's call, a form is filled in, and tech's enter the details into the call-tracking form. What's happening is on occasion the calls the techs enter into the database disappear, even after printing the call sheet. The primary index is an autonumber field, and no skips are showing in the sequencing. The client is Novell 3.1.
I found a few other mentions of records disappearing from MDB's within the forum, but no real indication what might be the cause.
Any help understanding/fixing would be much appreciated.
