Technical User
Hello,
I'm trying to create a report in an acceses database for a Technical Support call log. I have a certain field in the table called "Hot Issue". I have a set of radio buttons on my report that react to that field being set yes or no.
What I'd like to do is show a picture (an exclamation icon) if Hot Issue is set to yes, and hide the picture when it is set to no.
So far, I've gotten mixed results. If I print the report directly from Access to the network printer, the Hot Issue exclamation mark icon prints on all records in the report. However, when I do a print preview (or print to the Adobe Acrobat Distiller) the icon behaves as expected.
Anyone come across this before? If so, what do I do to get it to work right?
Thanks in advance,
Geoffrey
