Disappearing logical drive containing Public Folders – very odd

This is very strange: I have 1 logical drive containing mail accounts and Public Folders. The drive does not show up after a reboot. Approx. 1 hr later it will show up but will not be accessible. I was able to access the logical drive for just a few minutes today then when I went back to create a folder it became unaccessible and now it has dissappeared again without rebooting. Please help if you have any idea of what is going on! I have all my mail users and need to use the Public Folders on the logical drive. Yiks!
