Disappearing LanPaicences

Can anyone tell me how long a Lanpak licence is supposed to last for? My understanding is that unless the 30-day demo was installed, it should keep running.

The situation is this:
A client called to say that yesterday everything was fine; however this morning, only one user can log into ACCPAC. They have a 30-client licence but as soon as one user is logged in, anyone else attempting to do so gets a message saying that they "have reached the maximum number of concurrent users"

Has any one seen this before?

They last forever, assuming they were correctly activated.

What do you get when you click on Help, Lanpak Users?
The max is shown at the bottom of the screen.
