Disabling window bars

I'd luv to automatically resize a window on load and disable all the bars at the same time. i know of doing this when opening the window with window.open from another wndow but this time around i want the window itself to resize with no bars. How do i go about it?

Once a window is open, you can NOT remove or change the toolbars. You would have to close and re-open the window for this to happen.

And the status bar on IE on a server that is not local can not be removed - this is security restriction.
