Disabling Terminal Services 1

Cisco always recommends to disable Terminal service before any installation. How do you stop or disable terminal services from win2k. I tried going to services and found that it the options were gray out. Any suggestings ?

Hi Wavesg,

This is the procedure.

From desktop go to My Computer, Control Panel then open "Add/Remove Programs" click on "Add/Remove Windows Components" when "Windows Components Wizard" windows appers scroll down and uncheck "Terminal Services" and "Terminal Services Licensing".
Reboot the machine and its done.

Thats it...
