Disabling "PURGE" in Outlook Express for IMAP Account

Hi,

I am using Outlook Express 6. I have several users configured with the same IMAP account. I need to disable there ability to purge deleted items. For management reasons, I can only use outlook express, so I can't change it to any other mail client.
