Disabling forwarding a message

Does anyone know if you in Outlook 2000 you are able to set up an email message that is not able to be printed, copied or forwarded???

not by normal means that i am aware of.

Microsoft's Digital Rights Management allows that, but it requires that the MS DRM client be installed at both ends (the last I heard)
