Disabling Banner/Seperator Page

What print devices are you using? HP w/ Jet direct?
I would check the properties of the print device. There are two options to set the banner. One, the properties, Advanced Tab - Seperator page. Check to make sure there is no "file' selected.
The Device Settings and or the Priniting Preferences might also hold the option for banners. Check there too.
