Disabling ARP in Cisco Catalyst 2900

Hi friends:

I am getting the error "This server and the system having hardware address (mac address) have conflict for IP address (ip address)" in a Netware server.

Novell suggests to disable ARP in the port the server is attached to the switch.

How can I do that?
