disabling a feature in exchange

I am having issues when a company wide email is sent and a user replys to all by accident. is there a way for a user not to accicently email everyone that same company wide email? if so how can I accomplish this.

Create a company wide dl. Restrict the dl so that only authorized senders can send to it. Have an authorized sender send to the company wide distribution list. Users who receive the mail and are not authorized senders will not be able to reply to the dl.
