disablind services on perimiter router

I need some verification. We were audited and there are a few thinks the auditors want us to disable on the perimiter router, the router that connects us to our ISP for internet. The services are:

IP proxy arp
Bootp
IP source routing

Also, they want us to enable buffered logging.

Is this ok to do these things, is there anything I should watch out for?
