Some of the files that I've included in my installation package need to be changed by the user after installation. When the application is run, the files are checked against the original installation package and altered files are "automatically repaired", restoring them to their original condition and losing the changes the user made.
How can I disable this auto-repair functionality either altogether or for specific files?
