Disable USB & CD Drive on specific user!! 1

Hi,

I need to disable usb and cd drive only on one of the users.

but others users can access both usb and cd drive.

the user is a member of domain Group.

I would appreciated if any one advise me.

Though it is easy to circumvent...

stick in a Live Linux CD, and reboot...

that is what I used to do at a local Internet Cafe, so that they could not monitor my internet tracks...
