Disable unplugged phone alarms on ECS

Does anyone know a way to disable alarm reporting on stations that are unplugged from an active digital port? This would be on the G3R platform.

If you disconnect a digital phone it is an alarm. You would have to 'X' port the station before removing it or release it using TTI before removing it. With analog stations you can set 'test' to no on the station administration form.

Is there anyway to disable the alarm feature in the switch itself without doing TTI or X Port? Sorry, I should have been more clear in my question.

AVaya or business partner can do "set options" and make it so it will not show up when u do "display Alarms"...... or u might be able to just do "change station xxxx"and turn off testing on the right bottom corner of the page.
