Disable UILC card slots

I have an Option 81C running CS 1000. I have three unused UILC card slots that I would like to reuse for analog/digital LCs. When I added a DLC in one of the slots I got a SCH5405 BRI SILC/UILC card not allowed. (Monitored set cannot be a BRI set).
How can I convert the the three card slots back to regular slots which will accept either analog or digital LCs?
