Disable the Junk E-mail filter for outlook 2007 in Active Directory

Does anyone know how to disable the Junk E-mail filter for Outlook 2007 in Active Directory? I do no need it since we are using a 3rd party app for junk main filtering.

I figured it out -
downloading the 2007 office admin template for gpo and there is a function in there to completely disable to Junk Mail Filter.
